Competitive Muay Thai, even though gloves and protective equipment are used, it remains a dynamic combat sport using a wide range of hands, elbows, kicks and knee techniques. Muay Thai has been established as an Olympic Sport and already our Gym is preparing the new generation of fighters who will represent us and our country!
