The TRX system, also known as Total Resistance eXercise, is a special training method that uses straps, which also takes place in our gym.

 

This training method uses the special straps with handles and the correct positioning of the trainee's body to develop both strength and balance of the stabilizer muscles at the same time.

 

The use of TRX straps leverage gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises, that can change to easier or harder depending on the position of the body.
